Engine Blocks
We sell blocks, both new and re-machined blocks ready for assembly. New blocks are very limited and leftover inventory from Ford. Please call for current pricing and inventory.
Re-machined blocks are generally always in stock, we try to keep a large selection ready to build. Our inventory consists of mainly Teksid Aluminum Blocks, although we also have WAP, NVH, Aluminator and FR500. Inventory is constantly changing so call us for the latest information. Our blocks are cleaned, inspected, measured, bored, honed & decked. We install new Brass Water plugs. We machine only what is needed to get the bore concentric. While most make the first cut at 0.020”, we cut what is needed to get the block right, so if it only needs 0.005” or 0.008”, that’s what we’ll machine it to. We like to keep as much material in the block as possible, for strength, future clean-ups and to accommodate higher HP, larger boost applications. Your block will come with all the data on what was done, Bore Size, Deck, Align hone if necessary. You would simply order a custom sized piston to fit the application, we use Diamond and they are very accommodating.
If you have a block, but need it machined, you can send it to us. Many find themselves in a location that does not have easy access to a machine shop and/or one that wants to work on the modular engine. You can send us the block, and we will ensure the machine work gets done and done right. We can also have rotating assemblies balanced and more, give us a call!
Cylinder Heads
We also keep a good selection of 4-valve cylinder heads in stock. We have a limited number of new cylinder heads, 99 to01 Cobra, ’03 to‘04 Cobra, Ford GT. Call for current availability. We stock re-conditioned 4-Valve cylinder heads as well. All our re-conditioned heads have Ferrea hardware installed, this includes all new valves, springs locks, seals and retainers (Chromoly or Titanium). Our heads are disassembled, cleaned, inspected, milled, mildly ported, valve job, reassembled, heights checked and bagged. We started doing this to speed up the engine rebuild time for our customers as the head work can be the most time-consuming part of the build. But we offer the heads for sale to anyone that needs a set, call for current availability.
Parts
We have a large inventory of Ford Modular engine parts. We are a stocking shop, so we have inventory on hand and ready to go, we don’t just order and drop ship your parts to you. We still have a large selection of new OEM Ford parts for ‘96 to ‘04 Cobras, with special emphasis on the ’03 to ‘04 Cobra. We also stock many new parts, like cranks, rods, bearings, valves, springs, oil pumps, starters, alternators, water pumps, and many more.
